DEGREASER – DR300

Application: DEGREASER-300 is a highly efficient cleaning and degreasing agent for printing screens. It is suitable for all common mesh types and prevents pinholes and surface deterioration.

Properties: Grease and dirt particles, as well as salts and Oxidation residue, can be removed from Nickel surface by immersion in a bath of Degreaser-300. Thanks to the wide effectivity range of Degreaser 300, it is even possible to clean older screens perfectly. The Photoemulsion can be evenly coated on rotary screens cleaned with Degreaser-300.

Procedure: Degreaser-300 is used in a vertical or horizontal bath. About 10minutes are considered as a rule for the reaction time at room temperature.Then rinse thoroughly with clean water.

The temperature of the bath should not exceed 30degC. The quantity of Degreaser-300 used for the bath has to be permanently supplemented with fresh Degreaser-300 solution for maintaining the complete cleaning efficiency.

ADVANTAGE OF USING DEGREASER:

1. it reduced the excess use of PHOTO EMULSION since it has tendency to Penetrate through the Nickle screen in the inner surface so that maximum Photo Emulsion is coated on the surface.
